things donkeys cannot understand
last week i was in venice. here i am, just arrived, outside the train station, with “ponte degli scalzi” in a short distance.
it’s a nice bridge, even donkeys can walk it, and you have a first pleasant view on the grand canal.
just after i crossed it, i looked right and… cannot believe it!, another bridge.
from train station to bus station, just to save a little walk?
i thought: no need, not a pleasant view from above, not suitable for donkeys… ok, well, maybe is just one of those things donkeys cannot understand.
